Booking- You will need to put your card on file in order to book. $15 deposit is required when booking. You can pay your deposit through the app or can be sent through Apple Pay, Zelle or Venmo Apple Pay & Zelle: (951)573-2218 Venmo: @mariah-haugen Deposits are non-refundable. The rest of the payment due day of appointment can be paid over my booking site with your card on file ( a 3.5% convenience fee will be added ), cash, Venmo, Apple Pay or through zelle! Please send me a text or dm when you schedule or if you have any questions or concerns. Appointments won’t be approved until after deposit is received. Please select the services you’ll be needing and if anything changes before your appointment just send me a quick message! Fills are recommend every 2 weeks and you have to have 40% of lashes left to be considered a fill. You have 24-48 hours after your appointment to notify me of any major fall out or irration for a free lash fix or removal No refunds Rescheduling or canceling- please text or dm me if your needing to reschedule or cancel. You can cancel your appointment on the app aswell. If you reschedule 48 hours before your appointment the deposit will go towards your new appointment. If it’s less than a 24 notice you will need to send a new deposit for new appointment and for cancellation your deposit will be forfeited no matter what. Deposit will only be transferred once for reschedules but the new appointment must be scheduled the day of you letting me know you need to reschedule. Late policy- Please keep in mind I have a 10 minute grace period so please let me know if you are going to be late at all!! No shows will no longer be able to book.
